Return Policy & Return Process (Physical Goods)

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Eligibility

You may request a return within [30] days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

  • In original packaging (when applicable)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items (unless defective or incorrect)

  • Items that show signs of use, installation, or damage not caused by us

How to Start a Return

  1. Email pastpresentfuturepyramid@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • The item(s) you want to return

    • (If applicable) photos of damage/defect/incorrect item

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and the return address (if eligible).

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable method.

Return Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless required by law.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Refund timing: typically [3–10 business days] after approval (your bank/payment provider may take additional time).

  • If only part of an order is returned, we refund only the returned item(s) amount (excluding shipping).

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Disputes & Chargebacks

If there is any issue with your order, please contact us first so we can make it right.

If you file a payment dispute/chargeback without contacting us, we may be unable to resolve your issue quickly. We reserve the right to provide order records (e.g., tracking, order confirmation, correspondence) to the payment processor to respond to disputes.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

  • To request a cancellation, email pastpresentfuturepyramid@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number.

  • If your order has already entered production/processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process (if eligible).

  • Custom or made-to-order items may not be cancelable once production begins.
